OSU Wireless-Network: Disable Bridging/Internet Connection Sharing
Wireless network cards that have bridging (or Internet Connection Sharing) enabled cannot pull an IP address even after successfully authenticating to the OSU Wireless-Network. To disable this setting:
In Windows XP, right-click on the wireless adapter icon (in network and dial-up connections) and click Remove From Bridge.
In Windows 2000, right-click on the wireless adapter icon (in network and dial-up connections) and choose Properties. Click on the "Sharing" tab, and make sure that Internet Connection Sharing is not checked.
