Adding BCC recipients to messages sent with the Apple Mail program
The Mail program in Mac OS 10.2 and later does not by default display a BCC field. That does not mean users can't add BCC recipients. There are several ways to make the BCC field appear. Create a new mail message and either select Bcc Header from the View menu at the top of the screen or type [COMMAND] [SHIFT] B. (The COMMAND key, sometimes called the APPLE key, is the key immediately to the left of the space bar.)
In Mac OS 10.4.x and Mac OS 10.5.x the command is [COMMAND][OPTION] B.
