OIT Technology Support Center: Hours Of Operation
The OIT Technology Support Center Help Desk handles questions, problem reports, service requests, and inquiries from faculty, staff, and students regarding computer hardware and software, Internet connectivity, and related topics.

Standard Hours of Operation:
- Phone and E-mail Hours: 7am to 10pm Monday through Friday
- Additional Phone Hours: 10pm to Midnight weekdays, Noon to 5pm on (non-holiday) Saturdays, 4pm to 10pm on (non-holiday) Sundays
- Regular Walk-in Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
- Extended Walk-in Hours: 8am to 7pm on Wednesdays through the first half of Autumn, Winter and Spring quarters.
- 8help Extended Hours: available outside standard phone hours (see above)
- Services offered include password resets, outage reporting, and dispatching questions to regular 8help staff.
The Technology Support Center is closed on University Holidays when offices are closed. Most of these holidays can be found on the Academic Calendar. For information on specific changes to 8help's regular hours due to university holidays, please see the 8help homepage - holiday notices are posted just above the "Search For Keywords" box.
