HTML and Plain Text E-mail in OSU Webmail
Certain automated systems require plain text formatting for all incoming e-mail messages. The listproc service, for example, can only process listserv requests made in plain text.
Webmail offers both HTML and plain text formats; users who wish to compose a message should know that the messages default to HTML format. To toggle into plain text format, look for the Plain Text link just below the Subject line in the "Compose Message" window.
