Move, Install, Change, or Remove Telecommunications and Networking Services
In order for administrative departments to acquire Telecommunications and Networking services, a Move, Install, Change, or Remove Order (MICRO) form must be filled out and faxed to OIT T&N customer service @ 614-688-3425. Upon receiving the order, a Telecommunications and Networking Account Specialist will process the request.

Another option is to submit a 100W or requisition. Please be as detailed as possible and write clearly or type the request.
