Visiting Scholars and OIT Telecommunications and Networking Services
Visiting scholars do NOT qualify for services directly through OIT Telecommunications and Networking. In order for a university guest or visitor to acquire telecommunications services, they must ask their department to place the order. The deparment must fax a 100W or Microform to 688-3425 with specific ordering instructions. The department will be billed by OIT directly. The department has the option to request reimbursement from the visitor, however, OIT is not involved.
