Lost Authorization Code/Calling Card
If you have forgotten your OIT Long Distance Authorization Code and/or PIN Number, a Telecommunications and Networking Customer Service Representative can provide assistance. Simply contact Customer Service at 8-HELP (688-4357 OPTION 2).
If you have lost your Administrative Calling Card and need a new one, submit your request via e-mail to units@osu.edu including the address you would like it mailed and, if available, your authorization code.
