Carmen: Recommended Browsers and Configurations

The Carmen support team keeps the current list of recommended browsers at the following site: http://telr.osu.edu/carmen/terms/browsers.htm
Even if a browser is listed as acceptable, there may still be problems with specific tools: LiveRoom, and the HTML Editor both can be sensitive to certain browser configurations. Always try and get a user who is having these problems to try the recommended browser (if they are using a different brand or version) and see if the problem resolves in this way.
