Carmen: Browser Troubleshooting Tips [Users]



The great majority of errors in Carmen are caused by browser issues. It is easy enough to troubleshoot these problems, if you take the following steps to ensure compatibility:

  1. First, verify the user is using a compatible browser that meets all the standard requirements.
  2. Check for Pop-up blockers and any other toolbar-type utilities running in their browser environment. It is best to disable all possible utilities first; next turn them back on, one at a time, until the problem reappears.
  3. If the user is using Internet Explorer for their PC, make sure they have set the Browser Settings set correctly.
