Carmen: Students Cannot View a Quiz [Instructor]
If students report they are unable to view a quiz in your course, possible causes include:
- The quiz status is set to Inactive.
- A Start Date in the future has been specified.
- An End Date that has already passed has been specified.
- Release Conditions have been added to the quiz.
To correct any of these problems:
- Log into Carmen as an instructor or other role which permits access to Quizzes.
- From the Quizzes main page, click
. - Select the quiz to edit from the list that appears.
- Select the Restrictions tab and then:
- Make sure Active is selected in the Status drop-down menu.
- Make sure the Start Date and/or the End Date (if specified) are correct.
- Check to see if any Additional Release Conditions have been set, and if so, that they have been defined for the appropriate students.
