Telecommunications and Networking Customer Service: Hours Of Operation
OIT Telecommunications and Networking Customer Service handles questions, problem reports, service requests, and inquiries from faculty, staff, and students regarding Telephone, Cable TV, Cellular, Internet connectivity, and related topics.

Standard Hours of Operation:
- Phone and E-mail Hours: 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
- Regular Walk-in Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
Please note that cellular walk-in customer service has moved to 025 Central Classroom Building.
Standard Hours of Operation:
- Regular Walk-in Hours: 9am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
Customer Service at both locations is closed on University Holidays when offices are closed. Most of these holidays can be found on the Academic Calendar.
