Collect Calls on OSU Exchanges
The ability for OSU exchanges (688, 292, 247, and 514) to receive collect calls from OIT provided phones have been intentionally blocked. The AT&T trunks are preventing incoming collect calls at the request of OIT T&N.
The only exceptions are within the Law Office for the sole reason to accept collect calls from prison.
