Carmen: Students Can't See Final Grades [Instructor]
If students cannot see their final grades and instead see a message indicating the final grade has not been released, do the following:
- Log into Carmen as an instructor or other role which permits access to Grading.
- Access the Grades tool.
- From the main Grades List page, look for the
icon next to the final grade(s). If the icon does not appear, you must do a manual release. - Click
at the top of the Final Grade column. The Edit Final Grades page displays. - Release final grades individually by clicking the check box for each student, or release them all by clicking the check box at the top of the column.
