Pagers
OIT pagers are a service provided through American Messaging for OSU Administrative customers.
To order or replace a pager, fax a 1303, 100W, or a MICRO form to OIT - Telecom & Networking at 688-3425. An Account Manager will work with American Messaging to process your order and contact you when the pager is ready. (New orders will incur a $44.00 order charge.)
If you wish to cancel your pager service, fax the request to OIT - Telecom & Networking Customer Service.
All repair requests should be submitted via OIT - Telecom & Networking Customer Service at 688-HELP(4357) or units@osu.edu.
