Shared Voice Mailboxes
Shared Voice Mailboxes provide administrative customers sharing one phone to maintain their own private voice mailbox. One phone can have up to nine (9) mailboxes.
When a caller reaches a shared voice mailbox, they will hear an inital greeting explaining which mailbox number pertains to which staff/faculty member (i.e., press "1" for John, press "2" for Mary, etc). Upon Selecting a mailbox, you will hear that individual's personal greeting.
Contact an OIT T&N Account Manager to discuss shared voice mailbox options.
