Carmen: Activate Course [Instructor]
The Course Activation page, now titled "Course Offering Information", is now an extra link in from the "Edit Course" link from the navbar. Once you click on "Edit Course", you will see the following menu - just click on the first link to get to the "Course Offering Information" screen:
To activate a course web site (when you’re ready for students to access it) just put a checkmark in the box as before:
- Click on checkbox beside “IsActive” to enable student access to your course.
- Then click on the "Save" button in the lower-right corner of the panel.
They will then see a link to your course on their My Home page under My Courses.
You can optionally schedule a future date for access to begin (and/or end). Add a checkmark beside Start Date and/or End Date and select date(s).
