Anti-Spam Service: SMTP Error 4.3.2 Please Try Again Later
When sending email to an osu.edu address via webmail or using smtp.service.ohio-state.edu, the error "SMTP Error 4.3.2 Please try again later" may occur. The problem is likely that the antispam system of the person you're trying to send mail to, is set incorrently to redirect the mail stream to an invalid location, or a stream other than their lastname.# stream.
The person to whom you tried to send the message should go to antispam.osu.edu and verify that his/her viewing stream does not read "Viewing stream: lastname.## (Redirected to)" where there is nothing to the right of the "(redirected to)" portion.
To reset it, go to Preferences -> Set Default Stream.
Next to Redirect to This Stream, re-select your "lastname.##" and then be sure to click the Redirect to this stream button.
This will reset the stream and above it will be displayed without the "Redirect" option set.
Confirm this by looking towards the top of the page, it should now say "Viewing stream: lastname.##".
