Telephone and Cable TV Repairs and Billing Problems
If you are in need of a repair or bill resolution for your Telephone, cellular Phone or Cable Television connection, you may submit your request in one of three ways:
- OIT Telecommunications and Networking Website
- IT Service Desk
For billing problems use 999-999-9994 as the campus telephone number.
NOTE: Student residents must provide Permission to enter in order for technican to complete the repair request. Permission to enter is obtained online by verifying student BUCK-ID numbers.
Data/Internet Repairs: Administrative staff may also need to report network connectivity issues. Staff should first consult with their Network Administrator prior to contacting OIT Telecommunications and Networking. Student residents should contact the Student Affairs Support Center at 614-292-4357 for all data problems.
