OSU Wireless-Network: Activating Account / Changing Forgotten Passwords



The OSU Wireless-Network requires authentication via a wireless username (lastname.#w) and password. These credentials are acquired by performing the following:

  1. Visit the OIT Account Management site
  2. Click on OSU Wireless Network
  3. Click on Activate Account
You will be prompted to enter in your OIT Internet Username and Password (lastname.#), and to choose a Wireless password. Once completed, your OSU Wireless-Network username will be displayed. You will also receive an email to your osu.edu email account with your username included.

Forgotten Wireless Passwords:
If you forget your OSU Wireless-Network password, simply revisit the OIT Account Management site. Go to OSU Wireless-Network and click the "Change password" tab. Enter your OSU Internet Username and Password, then select a new wireless password and re-enter that for verification.
