OSU Wireless-Cellular: Restrict Text Messages



If an OSU-Wireless Sprint Customer is receiving unwanted text messages, please follow these directions to Restrict text messages from the number

  1. Log in to Sprint.com.
  2. Click My Online Tools on the top of the page.
  3. Click Text Messaging on the left side of the page.
  4. Click Settings & Preferences on the right side of the page.

At the bottom of the page, the customer can restrict who they accept text/premium messages from via SMS Blocking.

Note: This blocking does not necessarily guarantee that the customer will not be charged fees for receiving text/premium messages.
