Anti-Spam Service: Turning On/Off E-mail Notifications

CanIt-PRO (the software used for the OSU Anti-Spam Service) offers users the option of receiving daily e-mail notifications when they have pending messages in their spam trap.

If there isn't an e-mail address specified for the notifications in CanIt-Pro, they default to going out to the OSU address (lastname.#@osu.edu) for each Anti-Spam user.

If you have opted-in to Anti-Spam and no longer wish to receive e-mailed notifications of your pending messages, click on "Preferences", then click on "Notification". Delete your email address out of the text box that reads: E-mail address for notification of pending messages. Make sure there are NO notification times checked in the list, then click Submit Changes.

If you wish to receive e-mail notifications, you would go to Preferences: Notifications and select the time(s) at which you'd like the notification to go out. You may also put in any e-mail address at which you'd prefer to receive the notifications.
