MS Excel 2003: Adding A Bullet To A Cell
Microsoft Excel 2003 does not include a built-in method for inserting bulleted items into cells within a spreadsheet. It is possible, however, to insert symbols into cells which can take the place of a bullet-point. To do so:
- Select the cell where you want to add a bullet.
- Put your cursor in the Formula Bar (located near the top of the window ). Be sure the cursor is specifically where you want to add the bullet.
- Go to the Insert pull-down menu.
- Choose Symbol.
- Select the symbol you'd like to use as your "bullet".
- Repeat as needed.
