Eudora cannot continue. Error opening your settings file. (Macintosh 9)
Your "Eudora Settings" file may have become corrupted.
You will find a file called "Eudora Settings.Bkup" in the Eudora Folder in your System Folder.
Remove the current Eudora Settings file from the Eudora folder and rename the backup file "Eudora Settings."
Try to launch Eudora again.
If the problem is not resolved, you must throw away your current Eudora Settings file as well as the new backup file, as they are not repairable.
When you start Eudora again, a new Eudora Settings file will be created for you and you will need to reconfigure Eudora as described in the "Configuration" section of the user manual.
If this problem happens repeatedly, it may be indicative of problems with your Macintosh hard drive.
