Connecting to HomeNet using Windows Vista
To configure a HomeNet dial-up connection in Windows Vista:
- Click Start
- Click Connect To
- In the bottom left of the window that pops up, choose Setup a connection or network.
- Select Setup a dial-up connection and click Next.
- Enter in the following information:
- Phone Number: 722-9800 (enter 722-9900 for the long setup)
- Username: OSU Internet Username (name.##)
- Password: OSU Internet Username password
- Dial-up Connection Name: Homenet Short (Homenet Long if you use 722-9900)
- Click Create.
- To Use:
- Click on Start
- Click on Connect To
- Select the connection and hit Connect
