Download limit for Site Licensed Software
There is a limit of three downloads per program for software downloaded from OSU SLS. An indication of the number of downloads you have is shown each time you download specific software. If a new version of the software is released the counter is set back to zero. There is no limit on the virus data files. If you need to install a program multiple times it is recommended you save a copy to local disk(s) and install from that copy.
If you have exceeded your download limit for a particular software package and need to be able to download the program again, contact the OIT Support Center by e-mail at 8help@osu.edu or by phone at 688-HELP (4357).
