Reporting Damaged / Malfunctioning Network Ports And/Or Wiring In Campus Buildings



In offices on campus, if there has been damage to the physical wall jack, port, or wiring for your Internet connection, you can file a repair request by contacting the OIT Technology Support Center at 614-688-HELP (4357), 8help@osu.edu, or through OIT Telecommunications and Networking's online repair form.

In residence halls on campus, please contact the Student Affairs ResNet Support Center at 614-292-5700, resnet@osu.edu, or the ResNet online repair form.

In classrooms on campus, please contact the Classroom Helpline at 4-HELP (4357) from a campus phone, 614-247-HELP (4357) from an off-campus (or cell) phone, classroomhelp@osu.edu, or the report a problem form.
