How to Show Full Headers in Outlook Express
To view full Internet headers in Outlook Express 4,5 and 6:
With the keyboard:
- CTRL-F3 (Message Source Window)
- CTRL-A (select all)
- CTRL-C (copy)
- ALT-F4 (close)
Or, with the mouse:
- Double-Click the e-mail message to open it in its own window
- Click the File menu
- Click Properties
- Click the "Details" tab
- Click "Message Source"
- Copy and paste everything from this window
