The new Carmen Email system has a number of distinct changes:
- For basic questions, the Carmen Instructor Help site has an excellent overview of the new e-mail tool, and step-by-step instructions for its most common uses.
- Instructors are also encouraged to attend one of our Carmen Workshops. Instructors can read more about our training schedule, or reserve a seat online, at our Carmen Workshops site.

There are several step-by-step guides on our external Knowledge Base. These entries are specific solutions to common issues. These include:
- The Address Book will not include a course roster unless an instructor explicitly requests that it appear there.
