Carmen: Course Missing in Address Book [Instructor]
The Carmen Address Book will list a course roster if and only if the course is active (or the user has instructor-level permission to see inactive courses), and the Instructor explicitly makes the roster available. This feature is DISABLED by default.
Instructors who wish to make their course rosters available to the class can do so by putting a check in the Show Course Address Book: checkbox. This checkbox can be found just below the IsActive checkbox, used to activate a course. Please use the following picture as a guide:
