OSU Wireless-Network: Setup for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad


Want to skip manually configuring your device? Run the configuration utility to automatically configure your device!

Apple devices running iOS version 2.x or later are able to connect to the university wireless network, “osuwireless”. These instructions were tested running Apple iOS 4.3.

From the home screen, tap Settings and then tap Wi-Fi.

When you are in range of osuwireless...

  1. Under "Choose a Network...", tap osuwireless.
  2. Enter in your Ohio State Username (lastname.#) and password

  3. Tap Join.
  4. A certificate screen will appear. Confirm the certificate is valid by tapping the More Details button. If valid, tap Accept.
