SMTP server - Open Mail Relay Message
If you are connected to the Internet using a non-osu ISP(Internet Service Provider) you can not use OSU's SMTP server to send mail. When connected to other ISP's you must use that ISP's SMTP server to send mail. You can still receive email from our mail server with no problem.
