Account Management and Non-Personal Accounts (Cluster, Departmental, Organizational)
Some functions on the Account Management web site do NOT work with non-personal accounts (cluster, organizational, and departmental accounts.
Non-personal accounts can use the following functions on the OSU Internet Username section of the Account Management website:
- Change password
- Verify password
- View password activity
All other Account Management services will NOT work with non-personal accounts, including Rename account, Activate account, and osu.edu E-mail services Change delivery, Change From name, View account settings, and View account activity.
If you need to change one of these settings or get information on account activity for your non-personal account, please call 8HELP during our standard hours of operation.
