Anti-spam Voting Links not Clickable in New Webmail
If you are unable to click on the voting links included in messages sent through the anti-spam system while viewing messages in the new webmail system, your voting links are most likely set to come as plain text in an attachment.
To correct this on all future messages:
- Log into https://antispam.osu.edu
- Click Preferences, then Stream Settings.
- Scroll down to the S-2500 setting ("Add links to messages to train Bayesian analyzer").
- Set this to Inline (links included in the message body).
- Click Submit Changes.
Messages received after this setting has been changed will have click-able voting links in the new webmail system.
