Resetting BuckeyePass PINs with Q&A



If you have forgotten your BuckeyePass (SecureID) PIN and previously filled out the Q&A, you can reset it online. Go to the BuckeyePass website. Login with your OSU Internet username and password.

  1. Once logged, select Change Your PIN.
  2. For "Authentication Method", select Q&A.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter the user ID(username)and then click Next
  5. Enter the answers and click Next
  6. Confirm them and click Submit
  7. Select a PIN Creation Method from the drop down menu. Select "I will enter my own PIN" and click Next
  8. Enter a New PIN and Confirm PIN. Then Submit

The PIN has been reset and should work immediately.
