Peoplesoft Financials: Trouble Viewing/Printing Reports / Print Loop
If you're attempting to view or print a report from within PeopleSoft, and are getting stuck in a "loop", or the window is just flashing/bouncing, this can usually be resolved by making a change to the Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer:
- In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools pull-down menu, to Internet Options.
- Click on the "Security" tab, then click the "Trusted Sites" icon.
- Click the Sites button.
- If in the list, highlight and remove https://erpfinprod.erp.ohio-state.edu
- In the "Add this website to the zone:" box, type https://*.erp.ohio-state.edu and click Add.
- Click Close, then OK, then restart the browser.
