Power Term Pro "Freezes" or Will Not Accept Input



When a Power Term Pro session to the mainframe receives input in an unexpected place, it may freeze and refuse to accept further input. When this happens, this symbol will appear in the lower left hand corner of the Power Term Pro window, resembling the letter X next to a stick figure:

To correct this problem, press the Reset key. By default, this will be the Control key on the left hand side of the keyboard.

If you wish, you can remap the Reset key to any other key on the keyboard. To learn more about remapping keys in Power Term Pro, see this article.
