Anti-Spam Service: Unfreezing Trapped Message
On occasion, when looking at a trapped antispam message, no pull down options are available to change the status of the message. This can happen if a message is auto rejected due to the spam score. If this happens you can "thaw" the message to force the options to be available by:
- Click on the subject link of the message you wish to have options available under the Status and Action field.
- Click on the See Incident Details link at the top of the message.
- To the right of the "Freeze Status" box click on the Click to thaw button.
The normal pull down options will be shown for you to choose after clicking the "Click to Thaw" button.
