Autodesk 2009 registration issues
Autodesk provides 2D and 3D graphic design, drafting, drawing and animation software including products (AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, 3DS MAX, and Inventor) for specific industries.
According to documents provided by Autodesk, registration for the OIT license of Autodesk 2009 via the Product Configuration Wizard does not work for the following products:
- Autodesk
- AutoStudio 2009
- Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 2009
Customers are asked to utilize phone, fax, email, or E-reg methods for all activation requests.
Additionally, Autodesk Raster Design 2009 Network Activation utility will fail on a machine that already has the AutoCAD 2009 Network License Activation utility installed.
As a workaround for the Raster issue:
- Install the AutoCAD 2009 Network License Activation utility and the Raster Design 2009 Network License Activation utility on different machines to obtain network licenses for the product.
