GL/Student Financials Reconciliation Report (SFB010)
Issue: When accessing the SFB010 report via eReports (Student Information Systems - Student Financials - SFB000 SIS GL Financial Reports) during testing (see Screen Shot #1), a single tester encountered a problem accessing this report because of popup blocker settings.

Instead of opening the report options screen, a warning message about an unrecognizable file format was provided. When prompted to search for an application to read the file format, the user was redirected to a Windows File Association website (see screen shot #2)

We were unable to recreate this problem with other users but were able to resolve the problem by adjusting tabbed browsing settings for popups.
Solution Directions:
1. From Internet Explorer, Go to the Tools pull-down menu, to Internet Options, and "General".
2. On the General tab, select the Settings button from the "Tabs" section.
3. Update browsing options to reflect the following:
4. Click OK to return to Internet Options.
5. Click OK to close Internet Options.
6. Open a new browsing session to access the reports.
