Delete Trash in Buckeye Mail
By default, removed messages in Buckeye Mail will go to the "Deleted Items" folder, where they will stay until they are again removed.
You can manually remove messages in this folder by right-clicking on the folder (when using one of the Supported Browsers) and choosing Empty Deleted Items.
Alternately, you can set it up to automatically have the deleted messages removed when you sign out of Buckeye Mail. From in one of the Supported Browsers:
- Click the Options link in the upper-right(near the search box).
- Click Organize E-mail from the left-hand menu.
- Click the Deleted Items icon.
- Place a check in the box next to "Empty the Deleted Items folder when I sign out".
- Click Save.
- To return to your mail, click the My Mail link in the upper-right.
