IT Service Desk Payment Procedures
A/V Production, Streaming Services, A/V Services, Computing Services and Classroom Services loans and late payments can be made via the following methods at the 025 Central Classrooms IT Service Desk:
- 100W
- personal check (made out to The Ohio State University)
- Buck I.D.
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
- American Express
Sales tax will only be collected for media purchased. Payments via 100W are never taxed.
Customers must present photo I.D. with credit card and check payments and the name on the card or check must match the name on the I.D..Checks must be filled out completely and include a phone number. Likewise, 100W forms must be filled out completely including the program number and all customer contact information. Customers reserve the right to collect a copy of any and all invoices and receipts.
