Automated Directory Assistance
The Parlance Automated Directory is now available for the OSU Community. The voice recognition system provides callers with listings for OSU departments, faculty, staff, residence halls and the OSU Medical Center. Student contact information is not available. There are 2 ways to reach the system.
1. Call 614-292-4300
2. Call 614-292-6446 (OSU operators) after hours or while in the call queue during busy periods.
