On Sunday, April 13, 2008, from 8 AM to 12 noon, OIT will perform standard monthly maintenance on the Customer Interaction Center system (Ohio State's Call Center product). Due to system redundancy, campus call centers open during the maintenance window should remain operational and logged into the system and will not need to be rerouted to the emergency back-up system. Call centers that are operational during the scheduled maintenance window include: - OIT Technology Support Center (8-HELP)
