| Body: The central voice mail system that serves the Columbus, Mansfield, Marion, Newark and Wooster campuses experienced a partial system malfunction on Tuesday, September 15. As a result, the mailbox greetings and names for some voice mail users were erased and may need to be re-recorded. Late Tuesday through Wednesday morning, the Office of CIO performed successful, maintenance on the voice mail system, but was unable to restore the erased mailbox greetings and names. All voice mail users should access the voice mail system to verify whether their mailbox greetings and names are working properly, and if not, re-record them. Links to online instructions on how to record your mailbox greeting and name are provided below.
