Subject: Customer Interaction Center (OSU's Call Center product) maintenance planned for 11/8/09 between 8 AM - 12 Noon

On Sunday, November 8, 2009, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, the Office of the CIO will perform standard monthly maintenance on the Customer Interaction Center system (Ohio State's Call Center product). Due to system redundancy, all campus call centers open during the maintenance window will remain operational and logged into the system and will not need to be rerouted to the emergency back-up system. Call centers that are operational during the planned maintenance window include:

- Office of the CIO's IT Service Desk (8-HELP)
- Student Life Facilities (2-HELP)
- Student Life IT Support / RESNET (2-5700)
- Vet Hospital - Small Animal (2-3551)
- Vet Hospital - Large Animal (2-6661)
